Jack Waters Jr. – MS, PT, ATC, CSCS, Owner/President

Jack Waters is a lifelong resident of Southeast Pennsylvania. He was raised in the Norristown area and now resides in Chester County with his wife and family. He obtained a B.S. in Physical Education degree from Temple University in 1987. There he concentrated in kinesiology as well as taking foundation courses in Athletic Training.  Jack acquired a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Miami in 1991. While there Jack gained access to many world class Sports Medicine clinical experiences.

Following his formal education Jack pursued his Athletic Training certification by contributing over three thousand volunteer hours of time to the Villanova University Athletic Training department from 1992 to 1997. During this time he was directly involved in the daily care of the football team as well as general training room responsibilities with athletes from every team. He became a Certified Licensed Athletic Trainer in 1997.

He founded Waters Physical Therapy in 1993. This company provided home based rehabilitation services. Jack was an original founding partner in AquaSport Physical Therapy in March 1997.  As the Owner, he continues to be involved in the daily operation of his business as well as providing patient treatment.

Jack can be seen on the sidelines of many area athletic events.  He has provided services to most of the area school district sports programs over the past 25 years.

​In addition to these professional passions Jack is an accomplished big game archer, salt water big game angler and novice fly fisherman. He has traveled throughout the United States, Costa Rica, Africa and Canada for these endeavors. He fills many days enjoying conversations with his patients on these subjects.

Kelly Moletress – PT, DPT, Cert MDT

Kelly received her BS/MS in Athletic Training and Sports Science from Long Island University Brooklyn, while also playing Division I lacrosse. She earned a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Widener University in 2010. She has experience working with various high school, college and professional athletics. She has extensive experience working with a wide variety of patients, including pediatrics, orthopedics, and neurological injury. Kelly earned her certification in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT) and is a licensed Direct Access clinician.  She enjoys cycling and traveling.

Kristin Paisley, MS, LAT, ATC, CSCS

Kristin attended Slippery Rock University where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Training.  She then attended Shippensburg University where she received her Master’s Degree in Psychology.  She also became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist in 2001.  During her career, she has worked as a Certified Athletic Trainer in various settings from college to high school to the clinical setting as well as taught for 18 years at Ursinus College in the Health and Physiology Department.  After 25+ years in the profession, she still loves interacting with athletes and patients on a daily basis.
